WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
1. Please allow 7-10 business days for US Shipping, up to 15 business days for Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 16-18 days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Art by Hugo Bay is excited to be partnering with a third party to service our international customers! You will be able to see international shipping rates once you chose your country at checkout and all duties and taxes will be paid in full at checkout.
Upon completion of your order, we will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
.We are proud to provide the largest online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team, a free return label will be sent you to you and we will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
